  1. I have already cleared the cookies. Basically it’s rejecting something about my network, some security protocol maybe concerning Akamai, from what I’ve read for that particular error message, so it doesn’t matter that you can have access whereas I cannot. Some people had to get a new router to fix the problem. I read something about isp providers not giving a proper isp number in their routers, something about reusing old numbers for clients or something else i cannot remember now. I’m sorry the scans didn’t help diagnose my network issue properly, but this is a recent change and I though it might be malware that changed my network access somehow. Wifi has been slow to load a lot too. We have a fiber optic net connection and wifi was good at the start of using it months ago in February. I don’t know what else to do but ask our isp to change the router. Thanks for you help nasdaq, very much!
  2. Thank you nasdaq! Here is the result: Fixlog.txt Waiting a while and then the usual message: I translated the page to English from Japanese. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Heath
  3. Hello there! I'm experiencing network issues in the fact that some websites deny access based on my setting, of which I have no idea how to fix. Upon researching I have ruled out router reset to obtain a new isp address, malware scans and removal, I don't use a proxy server and my windows defender doesn't block the net pages. I read about something with Akamai being a cause of page requests being denied. All our devices using the wifi experience the same issues. Cut the wifi and use the cell service and problem worked around. So I guess some malware adjusted my security to be offensive to these sites. Malwarebytes removed a lot of issues but the problem persists. Any advice would be helpful. I've attached a sample screenshot of the resulting page denial and the other 2 files from FRST. I read that changing the router fixed things, but I'd like to avoid that and solve the problem first. Thank you for your time, Heath Addition.txt FRST.txt
