I am working on a customers computer that I had built and installed Malwarebytes with a lifetime license years ago. To make a long story short their Malwarebytes is no longer activated. When I enter the key I get a pop up saying the Key is blacklisted. So I ran the Support Tool, saved the report, and then submitted a support ticket with the Support Tool report, a picture of the original packaging/CD and key card, and a screenshot of the invoice for proof of purchase. I received a reply saying due to high traffic my ticket response may be delayed and that I needed to reply if I still needed help. Which I did reply saying yes I still need help. That was days ago and I can't keep the customer from their computer much longer. At the same time I hate to have them use it unprotected. Any suggestions? My support ticket number is 3221905.
