  1. That's what I needed to hear! I have been using Malwarebytes for the last decade or more. Thanks for helping me save face with the Board Members.
  2. It said Rerouting several times with the connection fail error when attempting to connect to Chicago, but I switched to Dallas and I connected and have the new private IP listed. Thank you!
  3. Sorry, but I have been asked if this long delay is also true for business and enterprise deployments as well?
  4. Found the missing ticket through you tool. Uploading all files through the tool now.
  5. Following all instructions previously suggested on the other threads, the Privacy software still fails with the registration server failing to connect. Using your tool mb-support-1.7.0.827 which also ran FRSTEnglish after a total uninstall and several reboots resolved nothing.
  6. First ticket from last Friday was as a home user and no return email from Malwarebytes was forthcoming. Second ticket was for my company which I did receive a ticket number. 3219930 I have been tasked to resolve this issue before we try the end point VPN.
  7. This problem seems to be systemic across the board. This fails on both the free trial code and the purchased version and has been an issue for three days without resolve. Submitting a ticket seems to be useless. Does anyone know when this issue will be resolved or where we might demand a full refund seeing that it has never worked for us?
