  5. Hi, I have a virus on my laptop. I have access to a desktop and would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this or downloading any programs. Here are the following details: * Cannot boot regular..only Safe Modes * Redirects me to pages when I click on links in both IE and Firefox * Scanned with Norton..nothing * Scanned with Malwarebytes - found errors and quarantined (some were reg errors) * Scanned with PC Pitstop Exterminate - comp shut down * Rebooted with message stating worm.win32.netsky infection window * I cannot run any antivirus program * I tried to download SuperAntiSpyware..it downloaded but I cannot run it * I cannot open regedit * I cannot access add/remove programs * I cannot open .zip files I managed to run malwarebytes from http://mbam.malwarebytes.org/program/random.php. It removed everything except zazovuba.dll. I tried to run it again and it is not opening and I got a windos error message that had 70X -X number in the box (the x's were numbers). The computer shut down before I could write it down. I managed to save the Malwarebytes log and HJT log on the desktop. I do have a flash drive but I am logged on this desktop as a guest and cannot download files. Please let me know how to proceed.
