    That explains it.  Both the Windows Defender Firewall and Malwarebytes Firewall use the same WFP interface and APIs so the rules in both are applied to the system.  If there is a conflict in the rules of the two, the block will win out so if one is set to block something, it will be blocked even if allowed in the other.

    I think this needs to be included in the Malwarebytes manual, as it took me a lot of time to figure this out.
