  1. Thanks Porthos! I installed the plugin and get the website blocked message when trying to download: So I guess we haven't been safelisted yet. Anything else I can do?
  2. Thanks gonzo! I don't have Malwarebytes premium (I installed trial but don't think it comes with browser guard) so I can't check on my end but will definitely follow up if any more users run into this. Appreciate your fast response!
  3. Hi all, We are a startup that provides an exe/dmg file to users to install in order to use our service. Some users have reported getting a notification from Malwarebytes Browser Guard that says "Mawarebytes Browser Guard blocks downloads that either come from websites that see relatively light traffic or may contain potentially malicious content. This is intended to protect you from new scams. However, if you trust content from this site and would like to proceed, click "Continue"" You can find the file downloads here: https://publishwide.com/sync-app-overview/ EXE: https://publishwide-sync.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/PublishWide-Sync.exe (virustotal: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/fc84ca4deaf7fb1abc8895d285fe2539079aa8a2722495005e548a661af53e84/detection ) DMG: https://publishwide-sync.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/PublishWide-Sync.dmg (virustotal: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/cdec98f29ab5989ba2177c13706f594261af4cfa04f89c18554d83d8e71b0d55/detection) I'm not sure if the file would need to be on our main domain publishwide.com for it not to be triggered? or can it be done off the file certificate? Let me know what we can do to remove this message! -Oleg
