  2. I have replied to ticket 3172771 with my receipt and key attached. Thank you so much! I appreciate your help.
  3. I submitted support ticket 3172771 on 08/29/2020 and still have not had any response except for "do you still need assistance". I had to replace my computer and when i installed and tried to activate my lifetime subscription, i got error that my license was blacklisted. This was purchased from NewEgg and i still have the license ID and Key. i have signed up for an account but when i try to register the license, it says i don't have any subscriptions. please help Thank you.
