I unable to install K7 Total security 2020 on my computer. When I try to install it, it says: uninstall the previous K7 2018 version first in order to install 2020 version. I tried but it doesn't uninstall from the control panel, when I try to uninstall it, it goes to 'not responding'. I tried to reboot computer many times. What else I can do to uninstall it from my computer, please help.
