    This seems to have fixed whatever the issue was as i haven't got a detection since. Thanks for the help.

    Since moved from att to comcast I have been getting a lot of "website blocked" reports coming from system files. when i look at the log file theres alot of "Outbound UDP connection: ProcessId=2224 (C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe)"
