  2. Hi, I created the support ticket a few days ago, the support tool asked me for the number so I provided it. Can I sent the zip file via email ?
  3. The support tool says to wait for an email to arrive then reply with the enclosed zip file. No email yet after 30 minutes.

  5. Hi, My Malware Bytes Privacy program will not áuto connect''. It has been this way for the past few weeks and I have to manually connect each day. I have the latest version of MBP 1.8.0.369 and have tried rebooting my computer. I have another computer and laptop with the same version of MBP and they áuto connect' OK. Any ideas?
