I develop the software called ATLauncher (https://atlauncher.com) and I was notified by a user .
The binaries have been attached along with the logs from the user, their purpose is to gather some system information about the memory, GPU and CPU in the system, to aid in debugging users issues and to allow for optimisations when running Minecraft (the main use of this piece of software).
The source code of the binaries is listed at https://github.com/ATLauncher/ATLauncher/tree/master/getSystemInfo including information on how it's generated, and then uploaded to our servers and downloaded to clients. The files are hash checked against known outputs from our CI system.
I would appreciate these being reclassified (if possible) as these are utility applications that severely help our user experience and debugging experience when users have issues, and if we have to remove them, it will make our lives quite difficult.
