I BOUGHT MALWAREBYTES, BUT I DIDNT RECEVIEVE ANYTHING

So, i bought malwarebytes, (upraded it with a 1 year subscription) , but in the payement tab it said "couldn't compelte the payement". I mean, we just gave the money from the credit card, but no serial key came. Basically we just gave around 300tl (from tukrey) and got nothing. The payement is done, but nothing came. Is this a problem ? Pleasse help 300tl is so much for an app here.
