  1. Hi, Yeah I actually just updated that after running the checker. No I think I'm good as long as you think everything looks good. I really can't thank you enough for your help.
  2. Hi Thank you again so much for all of your help. I have the log for security check SecurityCheck.txt
  3. Hi here are the logs for hitman pro, malwarebytes, eset, and Microsoft Security Scanner. Thank you for the help! msert.log mwb log 7-30.txt HitmanPro_20200730_2152.log eset.txt
  4. Hi, First I really want to thank you for your time. I like really really appreciate it. I also have hitmanpro and the Microsoft security scanner. Should I run those as well? Thanks
  5. I just noticed...I don't know that it deleted my chrome history. I don't know if that is important.
  6. Okay all done...Here is the log. Thank you for your help. Fixlog.txt
  7. One more question...sorry. Would it be okay to totally disconnect my pc from the internet while I have norton turned off and are running Fabar with your fix?
  8. Shoot I just reread a previous reply. When I first ran Fabar I didn't have norton disabled. That didn't mess anything up did it? Also, based on the logs is the computer looking okay or did you see some issues. I appreciate your help.
  9. Hi, Really quick question before I run everything. I deleted the frst64 exe from my computer. I assumed i didn't need it anymore...sorry. Will that affect anything if I re-download it and run the fix? Also, I moved the log files that frst pushed out into a folder on my desktop with the logs for adwcleaner and malwarebytes. Should I move them on my desktop or are they okay in the folder?
  10. Okay here are all of the logs. I also have logs for other antivirus scans I ran. Thank you for your help. FRST.txt Addition.txt AdwCleaner[S03].txt Malwarebytes Log 729.txt
  11. Hi sorry to bother. Is Fabar safe. When I download it Chrome says it could be dangerous.
  12. I got a little nervous having the logs up here. I wasn't sure if they were the right ones to upload or if it was safe to do so. I deleted them and would be more than happy to reupload if they would be helpful. I apologize for my ignorance.
  13. Hi all, I was browsing the internet this evening when Norton antivirus came up and said that I was experiencing odd outgoing traffic and that I should run Norton power eraser. I ran power eraser it came back with nothing a little alarmed I decided to do my kind of extreme antivirus process. So I started my computer into safe mode and ran various antivirus checkers. I tend to first run rkill and then run The Norton security scan, malwarebytes, Microsoft security scanner, awdcleaner, and hitmanpro. Everything came back clean except for the Microsoft security scanner which came back with this (VirTool: Win32 / DefenderTamperingRestore).. I will upload all of the logs from everything to give more information. Do you think it was just a false positive on Norton's part and I'm okay or do you see anything bad? I haven't noticed any performance issues or problems at all. Thank you so much for reading and your help. AdwCleaner[C02].txt HitmanPro_20200729_2119.log MBAMSERVICE.LOG msert.log Rkill.txt
