  1. No my main question was about having Malwarebytes be an app on the microsoft store. With windows 10x coming potentially next year, I'm interested to see how microsoft will expand the app selections in their digital store. I thought the articles were hinting to making it easier (or more accessible) for devs to submit their win32 apps to the store. My thought was that they were making all these APIs available more to win32 (bridging the gap between the two) so that these apps can eventually be put in the microsoft store. Not every developer was onboard to writing their apps for UWP. I could be wrong though, I'm not a developer either.
  2. Here's another link, but specifically about Project Reunion: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.slashgear.com/microsoft-project-reunion-reunify-windows-app-development-build-2020-19621219/amp/ Best regards.
  3. Hi Exile, Unfortunately I dont have any official links [from Microsoft] specifically for apps but I do for games. Here is the link for their announcement for win32 games: https://www.google.com/amp/s/news.xbox.com/en-us/2019/05/30/microsoft-approach-to-pc-gaming/amp/ And here's another link about news from tech sites about win32 apps: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.pcworld.com/article/3518853/microsoft-shovels-more-dirt-on-uwp-apps-leaving-win32-apps-as-the-future-once-again.amp.html This link is I think one of the better ones for the store opening to more apps. https://www.onmsft.com/news/microsoft-makes-using-uwp-apis-available-for-win32-apps And others: https://www.google.com/amp/s/windowsreport.com/microsoft-store-win32-apps/%3famp Please let me know what you think. Cheers
  4. HI guys, So I heard that Microsoft is planning to open up their digital store for win32. I know they made an announcement for games but I heard that they're opening up for apps too. Would malwarebytes ever consider putting their app on the microsoft store? What would be some roadblocks to put it on the store? I mostly do video editing and graphic design for fun, and sometimes work... and there are legit apps now on the store. The only thing missing are antivuruses and security apps. I'm liking the concept of having all my apps from the store front. Cheers
