    The user provided the files, but it's around 167MB's. Is there a different way to share the files?

    I advised that as well, but when we work with other protection vendors, there's a process to white-list the file on your end for future scans at his organization/other members using the product. Is that not possible with Malwarebytes?

    Client reporting our file is a virus. Please see attached details. Most likely triggered because file contains macros.
