  1. Sorry about that, forgot to read that part. Here is the fixlog Fixlog.txt
  2. Hi Kevin, Good news! Malwarebytes didn't detect those files anymore, and it appears as if all of the files have been moved to the Quarantine folder within FRST and are no longer accessible via the AppData folder. It appears as if, for now atleast, the problem is solved. Thank you for all of your help! Regards, James Malwarebytes_Scan_3.txt
  3. Hi Kevin, Here are the results from both sites: https://virusscan.jotti.org/en-US/filescanjob/ldet498vbw https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/51fc3d9780d32dac5f40a12c6dc51c34fbb11e3c7b07e89c3ef05f60d67cad25/detection It appears taht both of them have detected the same thing. Thanks, James
  4. Hi Kevin, Here is the logs.dat and AutoRuns zip folders. GAMINGPC.zip logs.zip
  5. I just did another scan and posted the log above. It still detected the same three items as last time, and "quarantined" them again, despite them already being in quarantine. However, I can still access that logs.dat file, and when I look in it, it is still logging all of my keypresses and what tabs I am going to.
  6. Hi Kevin, The scan says that my computer is clean. I've attached the fixlog you asked for. Fixlog.txt
  7. Never mind, I have gotten it to successfully download, will get back to you when it is done running.
  8. Hi Kevin, when I try to download the sophos virus removal tool, it takes me to this page, and the download button here does nothing. I believe that this product is no longer available. Thanks, James
  9. Hi Kevin, here are the logs that you requested, it seems to me like both AdwClearner and FRST failed to detect the malware on my computer, while Malwarebytes did. Malwarebytes_Scan.txt AdwCleaner[C00].txt AdwCleaner[S00].txt Addition.txt FRST.txt
  10. I have scanned and quarantined my computer multiple times using Malwarebytes, and every time it keeps finding the same malware and logs.dat file, which is tracking all of my keystrokes and which window I am on. I have tried to quarantine it multiple times but it keeps coming back. How can I fix this?
