  1. Thank you. exile60 I had enabled the remote assistance. The Nebula Console acting strange June 1 . I will need to dicusss as soon as I can chat . Is 6:47 Eastern time
  2. My schedule scan for some endpoints failed for 2 consecutive days I tried to do on-demand scan using the method: onthe endpoint, top right corner, the "action" drop down . Within seconds i received email Source: managed.machines Severity: warning Type: machine.command.failed Details: command.threat.scan Running the Threat Scan directly also falied ( I login to the machine in question and ran the threat scan) Any suggestions? ;
