  1. Hey, Thanks ever so much! Our users are observing a subsequent block on another Netlify URL. Would you please be able to take a look in to this, too?
  2. Hey again, I've attached a log and screenshot from the detection in question. Thanks in advance. 7bcdaed0-f9d8-11ea-ad96-d4bed99fc0b5 (1).log
  3. Thanks for the quick reply. I'll follow up with the customer and get back to you.
  4. Hey there, I'm writing to follow up on this post: We're getting reports that this customer's site is still being blocked by Malwarebytes. In that post, you mentioned that you'd unblocked one IP of ours. Can we send a list of our CDN nodes for you to review and hopefully also unblock? Or if you have a process/form for CDN providers, we're happy to go through whatever channels you have in order to make the site accessible to Malwarebytes users. Thanks in advance.
  5. Hi there, I work for Netlify.com's tech support team and several of our customers have let us know that MalwareBytes blocks their websites or their customers' website. We are very responsive to reports to fraud@netlify.com and have no outstanding reports open, but these are a few of the sites that have been blacklisted by your software: https://www.voteannemarie.com/ https://www.kaylaforiowa.com/ https://candychristophe4congress.com/ https://www.voteforaj.com/ https://www.marcyfornc.com/ These are served across ~35 IP addresses that go in and out of rotation, as well as our load balancer at 104.198.14.52. Can I send you the list of IP addresses to be whitelisted on your service? Or if not, could we please get the above hostnames whitelisted? We really appreciated your prompt response in December here: Please let me know what other information you might need.
