  1. None of my problems have been fixed sadly. Is there a way to factory reset my PC where it won't give me a error when I try to do it?
  2. I will run another full scan with Norton that will take a hour or so. I will update you when it's done.
  3. I tried to run a factory reset, it won't even allow me to do that. I will try to switch back to my regular account and try again. I'm using the built-in administrator account because it wont allow me to do anything on my regular.

  8. Today I had gotten on my laptop and wanted to open up task manager and it gave me a error that it can't find the location or I don't have permission to use it. This also happened when I tried opening a few other programs. I can't even open command prompt or resort my laptop to a previous version because I don't have access. It's my own laptop!
