None of my problems have been fixed sadly. Is there a way to factory reset my PC where it won't give me a error when I try to do it?

I tried to run a factory reset, it won't even allow me to do that. I will try to switch back to my regular account and try again. I'm using the built-in administrator account because it wont allow me to do anything on my regular.

No, I stil get a I need permmisions thing when I try to open task manager or try to open anything that requires admin.

I use Norton. I did a full scan and found over 100 security/virus issues and was resolved.

It brings up command prompt and automictically did this: Win32kDiag.txt

Today I had gotten on my laptop and wanted to open up task manager and it gave me a error that it can't find the location or I don't have permission to use it. This also happened when I tried opening a few other programs. I can't even open command prompt or resort my laptop to a previous version because I don't have access. It's my own laptop!
