  1. ZoneAlarm removed. Did a bit of work Friday evening. No issues. Took the weekend off. We'll see what happens tonight.
  2. That website for the Zone Alarm removal tool looks sketchy. You sure it's legit?
  3. I booted up at lunch to run MBAR. Didn't have any issues then, but I did that pretty quickly. Sometimes it takes about half an hour or so. Also, it seems to happen when I hit the save button on a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet that is saved in Dropbox. Not sure if that is just a coincidence or not? I should know more tonight when I fire it up to do some work. Sure have appreciated your help with this. It's quite refreshing.
  4. The computer seems to be running fine. It's just that for the last three evenings, not long after turning the computer on, it locks up and the screens go grey. Is it normal for this happen like that? It's a little unnerving.
  5. Do you recommend disabling one over another?
  6. Downloaded MBAR. Scan finished: No malware found.
  7. I'm not at home right now but will run mbar.exe when I get home this evening. Is it possible that these are targeted attacks?
  8. Here are the logs. Addition.txt AdwCleaner Report.txt FRST.txt MalwareBytes Scan Repot.txt
  9. Each of the last three days now as well as about a week ago, MalwareBytes has detected an attack that locks up my computer and turns both of my screens grey. I am able to open the Task Manager and restart or sign out and then back in but why does this keep happening? I seem to be able to work just fine after this but it's very frustrating and making me wonder just what kind of attacks these are? It seems that the lockup happens when I hit the save button in Microsoft Excel on a file that is saved in my Dropbox.
