  1. Hi all, ' Sorry for the lack of communication, I am using the free version of the program at the moment. I checked my play store and it lists the last update as the 26th of May 2020 version which I was able to install on the 8th of June 2020. Has there been any official answer as to why some can download the update and others can't? Is it related to the use of premium? Honestly the lack of communication from the support team about this issue has been disheartening. As I like the program and have had flawless experience with the program for years until this issue occurred. Let's hope they fix this issue for premium members quickly. Regards, Reveninc
  2. Hey everyone, Update on the file scanning issue. I just downloaded the last update from the google play store released 26 May 2020. After the update the app is now scanning files again. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this topic. Regards, Reveninc
  3. Hi Nathan, I have retried this as the first time I believe I did not clear the Cache. However unfortunately after following the steps provided the app is still displaying zero files scanned. However, after I uninstalled and reinstalled it on my device my premium trial was still active which I found weird. Yes. I have Avast installed on mys phone as well. Previously at the time I also had BitDefender installed however, uninstalling BitDefender has not result in no change to the situation. If you are referring to the update to the Malwarebytes from the google play store then I am confused. As on the google play store on my phone says that the last update for the application was on the 16th of April. Is this the update you are referring to? Thanks for responding. Reveninc
  4. Nameless27, No, I have not managed to find out what the issue is with Malwarebytes. It is still scanning zero files. Reveninc
  5. AndroidS9User, I have also observed the same behavior of the app as you. It clearly is not scanning files based upon the fact that the progress bar stops half way and it only takes 30 to 40 seconds to run a full deep scan. Something is causing the program not to run properly. Thanks, for taking the time to make an account here and post I was starting to think I was the only one with this problem.   8. Hey, First time poster. I have been having problems with Malwarebytes free for android for the past two days. I have been using Malwarebytes for android for a few years now and everything has been fine. However, after updating my Samsung A20 to android 10 and Samsung's One UI 2.0 on the 13th of May, Malwarebytes has not been scanning any files at all. The program scans all the apps on my device but scans zero files when previously it has scanned files. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as checking if the app had the correct permissions (it does) but nothing has helped. Again the only thing different between the 12th when it scanned files and now when it doesn't is the update to android 10. The app version is What can I do to fix this situation?
