Granted, yes it is was a pirated game, and those 'crack' executables are usually picked up as a threat even when they aren't. I will happily uninstall the it if that particularly could be a problem. Thank you for all the help! I haven't encountered any issues like this that weren't resolved with a simple scan for over 10 years, but nothing seems to be getting rid of the popups from Malwarebytes.
