  1. I uninstalled the program and then scanned using FRST here's the log. I restarted after the scan and the CloudNet folder is gone, thank you nasdaq! Fixlog.txt

  4. I deleted it on safe mode then put it back on normal boot but the folder still returned.
  5. I deleted the folder inside /Users/Appdata/Roaming and /Local but the Cloudnet folder still returned after I restarted.

  9. Hello nasdaq, I currently checked my browsers and it seems that I was already not synced with any device or account from the start

  12. Hello nasdaq, I haven't seen a Cloudnet program installed on my programs and here is the fixlog. It still persists so I tried turning off Edge syncing but it still appears after I scanned. Fixlog.txt
  13. Hello, I used Malwarebytes to scan my laptop and found 8 malware files called Cloudnet. I put it into quarantine but when I scanned again it appeared again so I figured out that I should delete it after putting it into quarantine but still it appeared. It seems whenever I restart my laptop it returns back. From what I saw on other forums is that I should run FRST and scan but I don't know how to make a fixlist.txt and I am worried that I might do it wrong. I already scanned using FRST and attached it to this post, please help me in removing this trojan, thank you. FRST.txt
