Hello, the company i work for has had an issue since around May 2020 with Malwarebytes deleting the following file: HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\CURRENTVERSION\WINLOGON|USERINIT We run malwabytes endpoint protected side by side with Mcafee endpoint protection. i have seen other users on the forum have this issue. Is there a fix available?
  3. Any progress on this? its been almost 3 months. The company i work for has Malwarebytes endpoints managed by malwarebytes nebula and we are still having this issue.

  5. When i log into Malwarebytes nebula and attempt to make an exclusion for the affected registry key, i cant click the box next to "ransomeware protection" its greyed out. And Ransomeware protection is the one that keeps deleting the file.
  6. For the past couple of weeks Malwarebytes is deleting the following file: HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\CURRENTVERSION\WINLOGON|USERINIT when it does this it kicks out the user who is signed in and when they try to sign back in they are greeted with a black screen and are unable to open anything. Any idea why this is happening? i run malwatebytes scans on these machine's when this happens and it tells me "no threats found". I created a support ticked with Malwarebytes on Friday but have yet to hear back from them. The affected machines have Malwarebytes Endpoint agent in
