All *.github.io adresses seem to be being blocked - mine included, so I assume this is a false positive. Example: unruhschuh.github.io github.io pages are available to all repos on github so I guess it's a blanket ban, an overreaction to a minority of bad repos (the message is "Website blocked due to reputation"). Please whitelist and only block specific repos on github known to be serving malware.
