  1. Unfortunately, that didn't completely work. I purchased a new Windows 10 license and will start over. I appreciate all of your help the last couple of days. This was definitely something on my end and not related to Malwarebytes.
  2. Unfortunately, no change. I'm backing up my data now.
  3. There is an issue with the Epoch advanced security settings. I received a warning "Epoch cannot be opened"
  4. Still the same but now Malwarebytes real time protection is turned off and I can't seem to get it to turn back on.
  5. And no, I do not have access to the DVD/CD install. The office is unfortunately closed. I will say this issue occurred around the same time I ran the last registry cleaner this past weekend.
  6. All the Window Defender options in the left pane are not responding. I'll click on them but nothing happens, same for when "Use Recommended Settings" is clicked on. No response.
  7. No I don't. I don't have a problem purchasing a new valid license if you think that is the easiest solution?
  8. This is a computer that was purchased from my place of work, but now is a personal computer. The license was also purchased through my place of work as well.
