The Text File Up There Is What It Said With All The Malware.

I keep removing some malware with malwarebytes but then after like half and hour too an hour it comes back, and when it comes back my search engine becomes Yahoo. I can't find the source of how this is all being downloaded, I need to know how to permanently delete them. Keep Coming Back.txt
