I found out that it was files in my Registry that are still up, how can i erase them ?

sppsvc.exe is really often taking up to 30% of my processor memory and I can't find why. I expect it to be because I used to use a KMS-R@1n solution after my last Windows Licence expired (I know it is not often but it did). I since took back a Windows Licence, but i still have this message, so i think either it is some residues of my KMS, or something else, but it really annoys me and I didnt found the solution on any other website. Can you help me with this ? Thanks, Max
