  1. Hi @Maurice Naggar, My original question is... how do I disable the display of the pop ups? It disrupts my productivity. Say I'm working on Excel, the pop up keeps displaying every now and then.
  2. I am using the release version of MWB. mbst-grab-results.zip
  3. Hi, The appearance of the pop up definitely lessens alot though from time to time it still appears, but the PC is usable now. Although in the Malwarebytes notification area there appears many RTP Detection incidents reported. All of the incidents have these common facts: inbound connection type port = 3389 (RDP Port) Yet, in my firewall log, I don't see these IPs at all that is reported by MWB. MWB reported of incoming connection to port 3389 from IP 193.27.229.184 at 7/23/21 11:26am (local time). My firewall log does not show any such attempt between 11:00am and 11: 26am. Vice versa, most failed login attempts logged by the firewall aren't reported by MWB. Is that normal? Henry
  4. Hi, Here are the log files resulted from your most recent reply. Cheers. FRST.txt AdwCleaner[S00].txt MWB Scan Report.txt Addition.txt
  5. Hi, Here it is, the fixlog file. Fixlog.txt
  6. Hi, Here are the requested files. Thank you Henry FRST.txt Addition.txt
  7. Hi, How can I disable this pop up? I am using MalwareBytes on a Virtual Machine and there are frequent brute force login attempts, as thus this window pops up as frequent as the attempts. Sometimes MB cannot catch up with the failed logins. So, how can I disable it entirely? Henry
  8. Hi, Is it possible to have MalwareBytes auto update itself? My family members simply choose to ignore the UPDATE button even when MalwareBytes popup to notify there is an update available.. Henry
  9. Hi, I would like to report a False Positive on a website. 10. yep, that's about right. I manage 20 computers for my family (yeah, extended ones too), quite a hassle to keep track which key is still available as some don't deactivate it before changing their laptop/desktop.
  11. Hi, Not sure if this had been suggested before, but I would like MWB to change the way the license is activated. I would be much more convenient if one could just login using their account (within software) instead of inserting a license key.
