I don't seem to be able to access the Custom Scan options.
As I understand it, I click scanner and a window opens. In that window under picture of laptop there should be the word "Advance options"
On two of my systems there is nothing. Likely I'm not doing something correctly.

My logs after clean install and after running tool. My setting, Pent Testing, is found under Advance.

Do you want my logs from a clean install?
-
Mine is in same place as kado897 and f14tomcat.
Don't think I ever done a repeat clean install. Mine been running about a year, no betas.
EDIT
Just used MBAM Support tool to completely remove MB. Re-installed and reactivated. Pent testing still under Advance Settings.
Now it is someone's turn who has it directly on security tab to clean and re-install.

Thank you. I tested with iPhone and it worked as it should.

Thanks. I stay with my work around. Backups go fast and I really don't like the idea of published exclusions. Besides I'll have to remember to remove the exclusion when we are provided with this unscheduled fix.
Do appreciate the response.

This is the kind of nonsense I was hoping to avoid my "buying" MalwareBytes and leaving behind a competitor. Two months after a problem is identified a working fix is not available and not for some obscure product, Apple iphones and ipads.
If I put in the exclusion I'm sure that must increase my overall risk profile.
My solution. Quit Malwarebytes, do my backups, enable Malwarebytes.
Very disappointed.
