  1. unfortunately I ran the repair tool before gettng the logs so I have no idea if the old stuff was erased as it unloaded and reloaded Malwarebytes. All seems well for now mbst-grab-results.zip
  2. Have been using Malwarebytes Pro for years and running windows 10 1909 currently. About a year ago I removed Norton Security and went strictly with Malwarebytes Pro with Windows Defender. I set Malwarebytes so it did not show up in Windows Security Center so Windows Defender Antivirus would function. It has all worked flawlessly and internet speeds increased dramatically. Recently I noticed Chrome Browser was slowing down yet Edge seemed very quick. Don't know why yet tried to access windows security center to see if I could see anything strange and it would just sit there trying to access it and not get there. I went into the security quick launch icon in the windows taskbar and again nothing showed up until I hit settings. Windows Defender Antivirus was running and Windows 10 Firewall said none, which to me means it was not one running. Tried the Windows 10 firewall troubleshooter and it repaired it after running it and a restart. At start up everything is fine and the firewall is active along with anti virus and Malwarebytes Pro. Then Chrome slows way down and I know if I try to check security center I will find I can access it normally and the firewall is gone. My real ask is has anyone seen this and if so and you fixed it how. I have three other devices running windows 10 1909 with out Malwarebytes Pro and have not experienced this. It was suggested in the Microsoft Community that I ask here. Have used all the windows file checker tools and they showed nothing. The next suggestion was to remove Malwarebytes Pro and run without it. I do not want to do that. I am thinking I may have a virus that is shutting down the firewall yet Malwarebytes and Defender have not caught it. I also run a wireless router with a firewall if that helps Thanks for you thoughts Drew
