Blank screen for Malwarebytes on my computer

Have just tried the programme again and it appears to be working well although the screen is different, but glad it is now working. Thanks Porthos. I now know where to look if this happens again. Brenda -
I have Malwaresbytes 3.0 Premium 2 year subscription to Sept2 2020. When I try to see the main menu it is just a blank. My mainframe is on Windows 7 HP - and on checking I am being advised that "mbam.rar" is incompatible. Does this mean I cannot ever see the menu screen although it seems Malwarebytes is still keeping me safe.?
