[Persistent Blocking Alert]

Hello.

Recently I bought a new machine and I installed malware bytes after some time I started having the following alerts pop up.
The alerts are showing many times I have run the malware bytes scan but nothing was found I enabled scan for rootkit's also but again nothing was found.

What should I do next.
