  1. As I had stated in my first post, I have already installed, uninstalled, re-installed, and uninstalled again. It's not on my system anymore.
  2. Also forgot to mention that I did a system restore from a point previous to the Firewall installation and that did not fix the problem.
  3. It all started when I installed your Firewall product. I already use Norton Security, which includes a built in firewall, but was intrigued by your feature of getting notifications of outbound requests. I installed the program and if I remember correctly, checked the middle box, and unchecked the lower box. Upon doing so, I was no longer able to connect to the internet with either Chrome, or more importantly, Firefox. I chose to uninstall the program, checking the middle box (return to previous settings), uninstalled and rebooted. No joy. I then re-installed and uninstalled the program again, checking the first available box, restart. Still no joy. I have had Norton installed on this machine for 2 years. I run a pretty aggressive firewall settings, which includes DISALLOWING any Windows 7 process from communicating with the internet. I'm not here to debate the merits of this, it's my machine, and that's the way I want it. Anyway, I had never had a problem before installing your product. After a lot of hair pulling and cussing, I finally allowed svchost.exe to connect to other computers, but still blocked from inbound connections. This is not an acceptable workaround. I'm at a loss as to what your product changed. I tried completely removing the svchost rule from Norton, and waiting for it to recreate itself. Still no go with blocking it completely. Please advise as to what may have changed. Norton currently manages my Windows Firewall, but I can gain access by temporarily turning off Norton. Thank you in advance for your co-operation.
