  1. As I had stated in my first post, I have already installed, uninstalled, re-installed, and uninstalled again. It's not on my system anymore.
  2. Also forgot to mention that I did a system restore from a point previous to the Firewall installation and that did not fix the problem.
  3. It all started when I installed your Firewall product. I already use Norton Security, which includes a built in firewall, but was intrigued by your feature of getting notifications of outbound requests. I installed the program and if I remember correctly, checked the middle box, and unchecked the lower box. Upon doing so, I was no longer able to connect to the internet with either Chrome, or more importantly, Firefox. I chose to uninstall the program, checking the middle box (return to previous settings), uninstalled and rebooted. No joy. I then re-installed and uninstalled the program again,
