  1. Thank you for that information. Yes the installed Malwarebytes is up to date, I just checked. Thanks again for all your help 😀
  2. Hi thanks for helping! Yes, I have successfully installed the Malwarebytes Free Trial version. Does the Free version have an offline installer because unfortunately, the free trial only runs for another 14 days.
  3. Here, thank you for assisting me. I'm not sure but I think I fixed the D3DCOMPILER_47.dll problem? mbst-grab-results.zip
  4. Update: Just tried using the Malwarebytes Support Tool but got the ff error: "The program can't start because D3DCOMPILER_47.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Tried reinstalling but got the same error as stated above.
  5. I am now using the free version of Malwarebytes v. 4.1.0.56. I tried uninstalling MB in the Control Panel (did this because it was required of me to "deactivate" all antivirus to fix Windows Update). There is a pop up saying that "Malwarebytes was successfully removed from your computer." However, upon re-installing the new free version, I get this pop-up: "The installation failed. Please restart your system and try running the installer again. For help troubleshooting please review the information at https://www.malwarebytes.com/help-installing." Searched the internet and followed the instructions for MB clean here --> https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/196955-malwarebytes-support-tools/ Attached is the MB clean results. Please help me on what to do next. mb-clean-results.txt
