  1. OK. I have. Will post the answer when they reply. But I don't think you should mark this as a "false positive". For me no application should be trying to send data to another IP address EVERY minute. Do you not agree?
  2. OK. So even though it says "system" I closed Windscribe and the messages stopped. I then reopened Windscribe and they started again. Closed it and they stopped. Why should Windscribe suddenly want to connect to 193.161.204.22 every minute?
  3. And it seems that https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/as51765 reports that spam from here is increasing during August this year - see attached screen grab

  7. Hi there. I also get the same "Repeated attempted outbound connection to 193.161.204.22". Why would you treat it as a false positive. What program could possibly CONTINUALLY try to have an outbound connection to 193.161.204.22? If it is "Oy Crea Nova Hosting Solution Ltd", why should my laptop suddenly keep needing to connect to it when it never has for years before? doesn'tThat doesn'ty seem right tot me.
  8. I tried the above... unfortunately after liek two hours the Support Tool DIDN'T start again after the restart and any reinstall of Malwarebytes just gave me the same two screens when trying to run it not the screen you show

  10. LOL.. You are kidding, right? It's not a matter of "if it bothers you to enter yours" - it's that FREE should be FREE (in my humble opinion) - Malwarebytes FORCING a Premium Trial is NOT good Business practise. To date I have always recommended Malwarebytes to my colleagues (and have a PAID subscription myself) but if they insist on this now I will STOP such recommendations. I assume you are not from Malwarebytes but just trying to help.. yes? Will Malwarebytes give a formal answer to this? Why don't I get the screen YOU posted?
  11. Nope. It gives me the second screen I posted which will ONLY let me carry on if I enter an email address. Clicking "back" just takes me back to the previous screen... clicking the "x" at the top just exits me from the process.
  12. Nope it NOT. This is NOT the screen I get. See attached. Any anything I do just brings me back to HAVE to enter an email address. Veryyyy BAD!!!
  13. Hi There, Recently with a new install on my new laptop Malwarebytes now INSISTS I enter an email address for a FREE Premium Trial. I don't want this, I just want to run the FREE Malwarebytes Scan. Why has this changed and why can't I just install and run the FREE Scan? Thanks
