  6. I am glad I am not the only one and I am glad I did not replace my motherboard. It happens to me too, brand new Jan 2020 computer with AMD CPU, ASUS Prime TRX40-Pro Motherboard, Windows 10, all legit software. First I thought it was power management and disabled it. Then I thought NIC drivers were corrupted and re-applied them. Upgraded BIOS firmware, drivers, everything. The problem is that the computer does not even reboot when the problem happens, when I try to logoff/reboot it spins "Rebooting..." for ~5 minutes and eventually crashes into windows error reporting blue screen.
