From what I have seen on the net, you are are in a tough position until the other guy gets infected also. Keep an eye here so that others can advise you further. You should provide as much details as possible about your PC and the router. I am sure this info will be needed. It looks like you can manually remove it but you can't be hooked up to that router or it will be a waste of time. Good luck, davey

Hello H47, When things get that bad it is time to get "real" help before it is too late. I copied this from JeanInMontana and this is what I would do. Hi read and follow the instructions here then post a log here . Someone will be happy to help you. Do as much as you can. Hello, The topic says it all basically. I just couldn't stand up to YoKenny1's constant barrage. So I had to try out MBAM.QUICK and surprising. A snippet from a post I just made at Piriform forums. I did download Malwarebytes today. Took about 5 min from the time I hit majorgeeks to download,install and update files and start quick scan with all defaults and find my first infection.AVG 7.5 and SAS never found it.It was a Browser Helper Object that I had disabled months back as I didn't know what it was and how to get rid of it. The quick scan was QUICK.About 11.5 mins and that was that.Reviewed the log and removed the item to quarantine.Can restore it if needed.Did not have to set any settings at all.Pretty good for download to finish in about 15 mins.
