Errbrr

Everything was fine until it asked me to restart the laptop after the scan was finished. Once I hit restart it went to the restart screen and stayed on that screen until I hit the power button so I'm sure I'll have to do the scan again I just hope it doesn't get stuck on restarting unless its supposed to take that long.

So I've downloaded the trial version and did the scan. I was asked to restart. My laptop has been restarting for about 30 minutes now. Is this normal? I'm not exactly computer savvy. I originally downloaded this to try and remove segurazo and many people suggested malwarebytes.
