thanks for trying to help. but the sentence and the word allow does not pop up on my security and privacy window. Apple doesn't now why either.

does not work. I clicked on the off buttons and then went to security and privacy in my system preferences. It does not show allow malwarebytes.

I have tried clicking the off button on the real time protection. when I click one it goes away and won't let me click the other. when I bring it up again they both say off. I can't keep it up to click on both off words.

I looked all over the website to find a number to call for support and could not find one. Anytime I found where it said support, it just took me to forums, which were of no help to me. I ended up looking it up on the internet. So I was frustrated to not have a support number easily found.

I installed malwarebytes and this popped up "A program tried to load new system extension(s) signed by “Malwarebytes Corporation”. If you want to enable these extensions, open Security & Privacy System Preferences. I went to the security and Privacy ad there is nowhere to click on allow the extensions. I even called apple support and they said to contact Malwarebytes ; which I see is nearly impossible. Does any one have any idea on how I can get the extensions to be allowed?
