  1. The log showed that their was nothing wrong with my files as shown in the attachment below. I've heard that malware can get into your ram somehow, would that be detectable through a certain program? I really don't know where a virus can be hiding at this point with all the scans I've done. 2. Yes I ran the system file checker and it said that there were no issues, I also followed the steps of the forum you linked just now and found nothing as well. What could this possibly be? I know their must be something wrong, and it just seems impossible that it's hardware related.
  3. I attached the RogueKiller log below and did the steps listed on the support microsoft page but I don't believe the problem has fully fixed. I believe that the problem was partially due to the fact that I had 2 HDMI ports connecting from the same monitor into my PC and now it feels slightly better but I still believe my PC is under performing considering I have a GTX 1080 and an i7-7700 yet my frames drop to around 100 randomly(not on max settings) in Fortnite while I have friends with 1070s that dont have this issue. Thank you for your continued help, hopefully we can fix this :). I understand that this issue is going more out of your territory since it seems it may not be malware affiliated at this point unless the malware is hiding very well but do you have any possible solutions? 4. I've attached all the files below and didn't seem to find anything once again but the problem still persists. Thank you for your quick response and hopefully we can work this problem out soon! Addition.txt FRST.txt MBACScan.txt MBScan.txt
  5. Hello, I have had this issue with my PC for quite some time and I've run various scans to try to fix my issue but it was all to no avail. For a while, I noticed the performance on my PC was not up to par but I never realized that it might've been virus/malware related. After opening task manager, I see that for the first couple seconds of it being open, my cpu usage is at 100% and then it swiftly dips down to 5-15% chance without actually showing an app that is using that much of my CPU. I have even reinstalled Windows and the problem still persists while I have minimal programs on my PC installed such as Firefox, Discord, Epic Games Launcher, Spotify, and Steam, as well as some virus/malware removers that I have downloaded in an attempt to fix this problem. I've been told that reinstalling Windows fixes the issue every time yet I can't seem to get rid of mine. All evidence points to the fact that it should be a bitcoin miner virus but if I reinstalled Windows and have ran several malware scans, what could the issue really be? Any help is appreciated, thank you for your time. FYI, when I boot into Safe Mode, my CPU usage is not at 100% but rather roams around 26% with 13% going to Windows Explorer and 13% going to Services and Controller app. The attached files below are from separate times where it shows no programs using high CPU usage and one of them showing "System interrupts" taking up 90%.
