Hi,
I bought a lifetime license from a reseller via an ecommerce portal previously and had been using it without issues until the recent Malware upgrade. After the update, it is as per subject.
The license was not registered to my Malware account as it is something new which I am unaware of. I am now in a fix as I am left without real-time protection, and can't find a way to get my license working again.
I understand that Malwarebytes is honoring lifetime licenses and continuing support.
Since that is the case, please help to look into my case.
