  1. I submitted a IP whitelist request a while back here: Users are reporting that the server is still being blocked. See below: Are whitelists based on IP or domain? Since this is a different domain but files are hosted on the same physical server. Can you please address this ASAP as this is causing a lot of issues on our end.
