  1. Okay, I uninstalled the program, ran that support tool which downloaded the latest version, and the problem seems to be fixed. I'm not sure what was going on, because I ran the support tool earlier selecting the clean option, and the issue persisted.
  2. I've already posted my logs, but I haven't received any emails from Malwarebytes Support yet.
  3. Here is my log file. Running the repair tool did not fix the problem. mbst-grab-results.zip
  4. I tried to do a scan with your program, and it seemed to hang before finishing the scan. Here's a screenshot of what I experienced. Never had this issue before. The scan would always finish.
