  1. Hello there, Yes, I have recieved an update regarding my case ( 2759762 ), however it appears the email I had specified was not under the subscription. I have since corrected this and informed them of this, however I have yet to receieve another update since.
  2. Good Evening, I'm currently writing this at approximately 9pm, approaching 2 days since I placed my Refund Request for my yearly Malwarebytes subscription. I'm to believe I have a 60-Day guarantee on my refund and just want to ensure that my request has been received.
