  1. hi, did you try what the staff member said? 1.Totally exit/shutdown Malwarebytes. 2.Go to here in explorer: C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService 3.Delete the following file only: hubblecache 4.Then you can restart MBAM and the cache file will rebuild on the next scan

Hi, No it never come up in a scan only real time protection but what one of the staff members said about clearing the hubblecache worked. after that i done another scan and nothing came back negtive. thank you so much to the staff for your help means a lot to me. better then rockstar support considering they left me hanging for days. 11/10 support
  3. hi, I just got on now and i tried to start it and it just booted up without an issue. so i guess my issue fixed it self.

  5. ive checked the updates it said "update complate" but still blocking the laucher. for some odd this starting after there update to there laucher. malwarebtyes never blocked it before unless there latest patch.

  7. where do i find the long files the only logs i got is in the app it self.
  8. i've just updated to the lastest update and i still get the error. this what error i'm getting when malwarebyte blocks them. this was after malwaresbtye update.
