  2. I thought I created an account when I signed up for this forum. But when I tried to sign in to Malwarebytes My Account, it said I was not a user. So I created an account, but when I tried to add my lifetime license with a License ID and Key it gave me this message:This license key cannot be registered at this time, please contact our support When I click support it takes me to support.malwarebytes.com . when I try to login it gives this message;
  3. I have 2 lifetime licenses for computers that crashed and could not be fixed. When I tried to activate the licenses on another computer I got a message MBAM403100 License Key is blacklisted. What does that mean? How do I fix it so my Lifetime licenses are usable? Thanks.
