  1. No. Thanks so much for your help cleaning up my PC.
  2. Your last email at 240pm on 11/9 did not have an attachment (Fixlist). Thus, I could do anything with your instructions. John
  3. See attached mbst-grab-results.zip
  4. I ran the scan as you requested and there were no threats detected. See results below. It sounds like I am good to go? Thanks, John ********************************** Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.com -Log Details- Scan Date: 11/8/19 Scan Time: 4:56 PM Log File: 947a1a76-0272-11ea-984e-3c77e6a0208e.json -Software Information- Version: 3.8.3.2965 Components Version: 1.0.629 Update Package Version: 1.0.13245 License: Premium -System Information- OS: Windows 8.1 CPU: x64 File System: NTFS User: HOMEOFFICE\jpinkard -Scan Summary- Scan Type: Threat Scan Scan Initiated By: Manual Result: Completed Objects Scanned: 279898 Threats Detected: 0 Threats Quarantined: 0 Time Elapsed: 5 min, 21 sec -Scan Options- Memory: Enabled Startup: Enabled Filesystem: Enabled Archives: Enabled Rootkits: Disabled Heuristics: Enabled PUP: Detect PUM: Detect -Scan Details- Process: 0 (No malicious items detected) Module: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Key: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Value: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Data: 0 (No malicious items detected) Data Stream: 0 (No malicious items detected) Folder: 0 (No malicious items detected) File: 0 (No malicious items detected) Physical Sector: 0 (No malicious items detected) WMI: 0 (No malicious items detected) (end)
  5. I did as you instructed. Your instructions did not quite fit what happened. I did the scan and it produced a log report which I saved and attached. I figured out how to get rid of Supremo and did so yesterday. Let me know if I need to do anything else. Thanks, John Malwarebytes AdwCleaner[C00].txt
  6. How do I remove Supremo.exe from my Win 8.1 PC? I have 2 instances of it in my Windows folder. I tried deleting it but it rejects that requrest because I need administrative rights. I do not believe these are malware because I have had a couple of occasions where I needed remote help in past few months. Thanks
