  1. My connection is running much slower than it should. Usually it should be at 2-3mb/s but it is currently at around 200kb/s. Task manager claims that it is running as it usually should, based on the download speed being used to download a videogame, but within the launcher it's still only downloading at the aforementioned rate.

I believe this is a malware issue as my internet speed only dropped to this level a week or two ago, and is not just affecting the download but all internet services.

I have run several anti malware services as well as Malwarebytes, such as RogueKiller, Windows Malicious Software removal tool your own AdwCleaner to no avail.

I've followed several forums for this but have been unable to resolve the problem.

    Following the processes here: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/9573-im-infected-what-do-i-do-now/

    Thanks:)

  2. I am currently downloading a videogame from the Rockstar game launcher and although the task manager claims it is using 2 mb/s of data it is actually downloading at a rate of 200 kb/s.

FRST doesn't seem usable as I cannot get the fixlist.txt file required to use it however I do have my own which seems to match several other users experience.

    Thanks:)
