  1. Thank you so much treed and Maxbar1 for all of your suggestions and for the fix. I have updated my software and everything is running fine. Bravo!
  2. Spoke to soon. The continuous alerts are back. Any other suggestions to stop these alerts and to be able to remove the items in the quarantine folder?
  3. Thank you so much for all of your help. I had to uninstalled and reinstalled the software. The alert has stopped but I'm not able to delete the OSX.Genieo item from the quarantine folder.
  4. I upgraded to macOS Catalina about 10 days ago and I haven't had any issues until last night. How do I grant full disk access? Thanks in advance for your help.
  5. I'm having the same issue as JJGW. This began on the evening of October 27th. I have checked the box to remove the item from the quarantine list and have rebooted. Nothing seems to work. The Real-Time Protection alerts is constant and doesn't go away. I have open a Support Ticket number 2744155. Any help you can provide us will be much appreciated.
